I was eating an average of 2400 calories until March 10th.
March 11th, I brought the calories up over 3600.
Steadily gaining at a nice rate now.
If I were concerned with scale weight only though, can you imagine how scary a ride this would be daily??
Every other day I lose a pound or two, but every other-other day I gain. It's constantly changing. Weight fluctuates. It's normal.
Look at the long-term patterns and don't worry about the daily bumps 🤘
