Today was a reminder that by the 1st of April wch is my birthday i wanted to atleast weight 80 kg.... Currently my weight is 83.5kg. i wonder if i am still gonna make it. struggle is real i weight less one day then gain the next day on and on and i really need to kick this.

You got this. Watch your salt intake and fizzy drinks. Especially in the last week. The sodium will hold water back like nobodies business. 👊🏻👊🏻

You can definitely do it!!!! You’re almost there... watch your carb intake try and keep nett carbs 20g or less per day and cut out sugar

Do you weigh yourself once a week or everyday. weight flucuates a lot from day to day. Its best to weigh yourself at the end of each week in the morning

Thanks alot guys for the suppor.... i will definitely take your advice. I don't drink any fizzy drinks just water, coffee and green tea. I sure have to watch my carb in take otherwise i think its posible thanks guys. I weigh myseld daily 😋but can try weighing myself every friday from now on

You could easily still reach your target. Don’t drink any calories for the next 4 weeks. No alcohol. Drink 2-3lt of water per day. Drink Green Tea if you need something warm. Don’t use condiments. Say no to starches (bread, pasta, potatoes, etc.) & sugar. If you do feel like to do need some, have sweet potato (without sugar & salt) & a little bit off plain oats.

Intermittent fasting is just restricting the hours in which you eat your food during the day. A 16/8 fast means that you could eat between 10am and 6pm OR 11am and 7pm during the day. the idea is that you tend to naturally reduce the amount you eat, as you (tend to) skip a meal, or have smaller portions as the meals are so close together. This reduces the amount of calories you eat in a 24 hour period, as well as puts you into a fasting state for 16 hours. So, it's not take hard, it's not a fast when you dont eat for days :) You should still drink lots of water, and I also have tea or coffee (no milk/sugar) during that time. Try it out, just for a few days. I find it shakes everything up and kick starts the old systems again. My goal is for 9th April - also my birthday ;) 9kg down since Jan, 6kg to go as of today. I have the same problem I sabotage all my efforts over the weekend. I will have to get my mind right not to do this too myself every week. Good luck
