Im very proud of the weight Ive lost. My only problem now is I have NO motivation whatsoever to exercise 😒 im so flabby. Look good in clothes but as soon as those bad boys come off the skin slouches and hangs ALL OVER

I feel u. Same Watsapp group. And people just think that u can just go to gym to make it firm. It helps but didn't solve the problem

Have had that issue as well. Maybe use the motivation of not feeling meh when you take the clothes off? Make it what drives you. Remember why you started
