Another great American work of fiction for dinner tonight. Fabulous homemade tamales with a tomatillo gravy. No idea on the calorie or macro count. As listed, serves as a meal placeholder. 2 tamales (shredded beef and red chilie) and about 1/2 cup of tomatillo gravy. Which I made. Turned out incredible but it was just a little of this and a little of that. Good thing I hiked in the hills today.
