Whenever I go on Instagram and see all these fitspo accounts I always feel like I'm just not quite doing enough..yet I started my weight loss journey at 15 and lost just about over 40kgs at a responsible pace...I should not be criticizing myself the way I do🙈

Trust me, most of us would kill to have a boddy like yours, some of us are just too old and after child birth. Enjoy,! You have worked very hard to get that perfect body.
