Hope this beautiful rainy Monday is treating all well kicked off my day with a zero future life shake 💪 just had a snack 3 boiled eggs and a tin of tuna with a tbap of mayo coffee then late afternoon 2 apples then I will be having supper before 7 😁 still going strong and keeping at 1500 Calories a day and making sure each day is high in protiene 🙌
