My RDI being sedentary is 1700, I have to burn 500 calories with exercise if I want to lose weight. Ah my muscles are getting big, specially from my legs. I am using low weights, high reps and 1-2 of rest

My goal is 1700 calorías per day, but I have been eating 1800 the past 2 weeks, and maybe I am not very active. And I am not really sure what I am doing haha , I just know that I don't want to be fat again but I love to eat
