Two ideas:
Google the DASH diet. It has been awarded the international prize for the best diet more than once. The prize is awarded by dieticians. The diet basically lowers your blood pressure, but is safe for most people. It won, because It is a diet easy enough to follow for years.
Idea 2:
Have you tried Herbalife before? You will still be allowed pizza and pasta (just not very often). It is the easiest for me, because Indo not have to figure out what to eat!
