Its been two weeks of sickness and not being able to exercise at all. My baby girl also got christened yesterday so snacking was a constant throughout the day. I find myself feeling bad for eating most days and am trying to get out of this mindset because thats when disorders start and before you know it its a spiral downwards so I am focusing on healthy choices atm. I however forced myself to get up at 5 this morning to exercise and am feeling happy and motivated for this week ahead, in a good mindset. The 70's will see my ass soon!!!!
