Takes a while to do!!but i made 40 containers thats all weighed down and then it goes into the freezer and the night before u take out 1for the next day's lunch!i made 4 different meals and they are not more than 450 calories per meal

Wow, I need to try this. Maybe with a week's food. What meals can be frozen though🤔. I love broccoli and I have how the frozen one is always so limp

Hi!!in the oven tray i put 1kg frozen country vegetables, 1x 250gr chopped mushrooms, then i add patty pans yellow and green,baby marrows, pumpkin and sweet potato!! The whole pan is full,then i put a little olive oil and salt en pepper and mix well!put the oven on 200 degrees anf bake the veggies for 60 minutes,mixing them every 20 min!!

You can also make pasta/couscous and a meat dishes and weigh it down in layers as per the calories u need! One of my prep meals is only 451 calories!!
