My last meal for today at 4pm. only 460 cal. spicy chicken livets with steamed sweet potato, carrots and broccoli. In total today I have had about 1300kcal. still going to workout at about 5pm. worried that the intake is not enough.

I would recommend that you have something light after you workout, maybe a protein or something. It will help your body recover and also if you limit your intake significantly, it's counterproductive because your metabolism slows down. Keep Going Though!!

That's what I was thinking too. I was also thinking of maybe working out in the morning before I break the fast. Then I don't have to worry about recovery as much. Today is day 1 of IF so am learning as I go along.
