Ive had a rough couple of months. Family members in and out of hospital, work stress with the declining economy etc etc etc.

They are still excuses that could have been overcome. My mind is finally back to where it was, and I am going to try my damnedest to get this right again. I say again, because I have lost and regained 100Kg's through my life. 30Kg's or so at a time. Yet I just jump straight back on the eating once I am at goal weight. I'm getting older, and I need to seriously keep that in the back of mind with a wife and a son now. They do not deserve to be a one parent household.
