Need some inspiration🙈😞. I started in January and up to date lost 22 Kg. I only have 6 kg to go but I have no motivation. I know that it is not a dieet but a life style but I feel like I have been dieting for ever.Feel like I need a break but I need to lose 6kg in die next 2 months....Any advise

Congratulations on your weight loss already. Yes it can be distracting to complete what you have started. Look back how far you have come. Don't destroy it now. Finish what you've started and make yourself proud

Wow, congratulations. I am very inspired , I have 20kg to lose. I lost 5 so far. Did you lose by just eating right? Or you were exercising as well?

Maybe try a cheat day, those can really help you stay motivated and it really shouldn’t cause you to gain anything other than water weight. Might also shock your system a bit and help with weight loss. Just consider it ❤️
