Hey ! How do you cook your chicken to ensure that it is still full of flavor?

I saw a marinade on TV last week(can't remember where. but it was a local show). They took some chicken and put an marinade on it that was sticky and looked very tasty. Marinade : Into a 500ml cup. 1 Teaspoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon pepper. 1 Teaspoon Peri-peri. 6 Table spoons of Ms Balls chutney, 2 table spoons of Honey. 4 Table spoons of any good BBQ sauce (maybe steers or Spur or a good tasting one). Mixed all. Throw over chicken and let it sit for 3-4 hours. Braai under grill or on braai. Chicken comes out nice and crispy... yet slightly sticky.
