HEY YALLLL!!!

Its been a while since i posted an update :)
since my birthday over the weekend ive had quite a lot of spoils and happy treats :P and i always say you've gotta live and find balance in life!
You dont want to miss out, just because of numbers on a scale...in the end youre the only one whos going to care or see those numbers anyway ;) so live a little, youll be surprised how well your body can adapt to it....just dont go too overboard haha anyway
I woke up this morning, happy, joyful and ready to get back to training and healthy living :)

starting with taking this doggo for a walk :P
