Someone please help. I got a new scale and my weight went from 73kg to 75.5kg. I entered the new weight on FS but my recommended calorie intake hasn't changed. Surely I should be having less calories because my goal weight and date hasn't changed but my starting weight has increased?

You have to recalculate your RDI

Thank you Gummyspider. I tried that now and it actually increased my calorie intake LOL. Where do I change the date I want to achieve my goal weight?

your RDI would increase because more weight needs more calories... e.g. the heavier you are, The more calories your body needs to function

I thought you have to eat less calories to lose weight. What should I set my calories at then 🤔

Yes, you do. But someone who weighs more will lose weight on more calories... e.g. if I weighed 60kg and you weighed 80kg, you could eat more calories than me and still lose weight. Because you're heavier so your body automatically uses more calories just to do basic functions. That's just an example.
Alot of people feel that this apps RDI is too high anyways, so I suggest you Google a calorie calculator and input your weight, height and fat loss requirements there, and see what RDI you get. Then just set your own RDI on the app.
