Don't give up, we know you can do it! Maybe you should try some indoor exercises like yoga or something. Or maybe listening to music while exercising can help, that's what I do because I live in the countryside and here is no exercise buddies for me 😂

Hunny it gets better i know the weather doesnt help and the self loathing when you do mess up doesnt help but i am learning to say "its just a bad day, not a bad life." tomorrow we pick ourselves up and push on again

Thanx ladies appreciate it!! @dutoitmaryn I'm a Biokineticist so I show people exercises all day everyday so I think that's why I'm not in the mood otherwise but it was never a problem. @skinnymaringa that is a good idea hey..I'm in Pretoria, South-Africa.

who from FS is in Bloemfontein....i would love to do an exercise and buddy relation with someone on this journey.....it is cool messaging each other but to have a face to face relationship is much better.....
