I got a gift of a slab of Lindt Creme
Brulee chocolate yesterday...I have very little to no self control when it comes to chocolate. So I ate the WHOLE slab like a crazed animal. The rest of the day was a mess food wise. I had no energy and was lethargic
I am addicted to sugar. It's awful. There is no such thing as only having one piece of chocolate either. Its all or nothing. Today is a new day.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
