Burger was STILL worth it! :D
Not gonna be all down over this.
I know I'm pushing new weights at gym like never before, and getting back into it after a year of neglect.
Knee coming right and I haven;t hit a parkrun in over a year now, but when it's right, the treadmill, the street and the trails will be my play grounds.

Patience. Perseverance.
