Dammit!
Well that wasn't supposed to happen! :D Guess eating a whole pizza (yes yes I know) and cheescake and a cappuccino wasn't the best idea, nor the cheese I've had this weekend....all stuff I wasn't having while fasting.

Although, my muscle has also dropped, which is weird considering I did parkrun and a 3 hour gym session yesterday - maybe a false reading today! ;-)

Fat: 27.9 -> 28.9
Water: 49 -> 48.3
Muscle: 31.7 -> 31.2
86.3 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
