So as a final weigh at the end of my fast, seem to have dropped almost 10kg in 40 days.
Fat: 28.9 -> 26.26
Muscle: 31.3 -> 32.5
Water: 48.8 -> 50.1
81.8 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
