Can't believe I actually lost weight for the amount of food I ate. Will be starting with the 5/2 diet today.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

nice one NankeS, keep it up. All the best on the 5:2 plan...know that you will get some awesome results on it(from what I have seen and heard on FS)...

Make it a 4:3 so that if any of your fast days get messed up then it automatically becomes a 5:2 :)

I follow 4:3 and 16:8 Intermittent Fasting. They are a perfect combination :) You can also add low carb days on your non-fast days. Have a read through my journal. I documented my journey and experience :)
