I submitted my LAST NPL Challenge photos today. Taken 80 days apart. They (NPL) moved to submission date up two weeks earlier, so that was a little unexpected. I can’t remember my first weight in submission but I think I lost 8kgs on this challenge and also got VERY close to my final target on FatSecret. Extremely proud of myself for completing the whole challenge and even more proud of the results... There is MORE work to be done. BUT now, I am gonna bake cookies and eat them all while they are hot. 🍪
