I have not been eating badly over the festive season but have not been at the gym either for about a month so I fear the weight lost is muscle mass as well as a bit of fat

Accu-measure reading: Solid 19mm = 19.6% body fat
97.2 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
