Have fallen off the wagon a bit over the past 2 weeks after sticking to a meal plan VERY strictly. Not eating junk food necessarily but just eating too much during a 24h period. Usually from eating out with friends at restaurants etc. Also need to up daily protein as I'm almost positive i'm not getting enough. This coupled with a minimal attendance at gym (only making 1 or 2 out of 3 sessions a week).
My next appointment with the plastic surgeon is mid October, exactly 4 weeks away. If I am as disciplined as I was over the initial 2 weeks I could look at a loss of close to 3-4kg by that time. I would be happy with anything upwards of 2kg. Losing the weight takes time and I am prepared for that. I want to have something to show by the time I see him for my next appointment.
