Meh.......I've been naughty and couldn't get to gym last week.
This week is going to be a VERY different story and ahead of our boys weekend - diving, warrior and fishing......
95.3 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
