ok, so i burnt out last year and my focus and motivation has been somewhat lacking.
But with a warrior race in July, this week I've had the fire re-lit.
Not much time to get into better shape........but all i can do is try.
95.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Also considering doing Warrior. Attempting Turbovite tomorrow first to see how well I'm able to compete with all the other athletes. Not always easy to pull yourself over those obstacles.

Hi Chantelle That's why it's great doing it ion a team with some team work - hated the idea of china wall in warrior, but with the right support, you can do all of em! Good luck for your race!
