But it doesn't seem like you picked up a lot of weight! I also went out on a complete food rage! Eish! Now gotta start from the top, again.

I did lose 2,5kg but only weigh in every 2 weeks, so I kinda gained 2,8kg. Yeah I guess it happens to all of us at some time...good luck!

Good to know I am not the only one who indulges once in a while

What are your "weaknesses" when it comes to indulging?

Anything that is not healthy. I am obsessed with energy bars.😞

I do exercise, but not enough to burn all the additional calories. I just love food.

Cereal is my favorite...Ahh! I tend to eat more when I did a workout. Tanya49 is know that feeling as well, I usually happens to me when I think to myself "Well, screw it" only to realize you are gonna have to stop and start over! Good luck for the rest of this week.

Stupid question. I have been dieting my whole life and by dieting I mean I have taken extreme measures to be the desired weight, with obviously the consequence of poor health. I am 40 now and still obsessed. I stopped smoking, I gained 10kgs - can you imagine my horror. I started LCHF diet, dropped 5kgs, and I now have 6kgs to go. I have also been spinning (really hard) for the past 4 weeks. I mean REALLY pushing it. The one thing I have never done is count calories and I don't understand what it means when you enter your food for the day and it tells you, say for eg: 900calories and then you enter your exercise for the day and it says 1900calories - net 1000 calories. What does that mean. I get the consumption of food part, but I don't understand the exercise part. Can someone please explain this to me? Thanks.

Hi Patriciawight! I never use the exercise logins because it confuses me as well...so I stay away from it, I use my polar watch. Good Luck Patriciawight.

I think its meant to show how many calories you are burning, But if thats the case we would all be sticks as most of us excercise more than we eat even from sitting

Patricia I am also battling with the exercise part, I am trying to delete "resting" and am unable to do so, as it also has a large amount of calories. Thinking I must be doing something wrong? Sleeping can be altered but underneath it is "resting" which you are unable to even open.

I just feel like giving up on all of this. Its tiring continually striving, pushing yourself to the edge, depriving yourself of donuts, custard slices, ice cream, cheesecake, chocolate cake, bread - for what? Not to budge a gram? Very discouraged!
