It is so hard, family is not really supporting me, they what me to stop and eat the way they do, but I won't give up. I have a new plan for this week that I WILL do. I'll just have to be mentally stong for myself.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you can get your carbs a bit down which is in the KFC you will then be doing fine. Keep going

Thing is I didn't even want any KFC but my mom got me anyway...the struggle is real. I have to support myself in this jouney. But I'm done eating for the day...

@NankeS... i feel your pain! My family do the same. I have a suggestion, it worked for me. "cheat food" be it KFC or something else. Divide the portion into four and have it over an three hour period. It has the least effect on my ketosis and most of the time I never finish the full portion.

You can do it! Just stick to your guns. I had the same issue in the beginning, now my husband tells me what I may and may not eat. Haha! It's worth it!

I know it's hard without any support, just keep reminding your family that you are doing this for YOU. Chin up and keep at it you are doing well! :)
