so got a new fancy scale that checks fat and water and bone and muscle, so i'll be monitoring myself a lot better.

BTW, anyone got one of these scales?
Right at the end it gives you a calorie count.
Is that the amount of calories it suggests to lose weigh?
95.7 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
