Too many sweet things in a week where I didn't gym.
Mississippi mudpie n ice creams and melva pudding and peppermint crisp and and and (yes yes - I don't know what's wrong with me either!)
97.3 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
