ai ai ai............so the big project pushed into dec and there after was lots of festive eating and drinking.
I have gained back all the weight I lost from jan 2014 to Apr 2014.

Oh well......back to the grind stone.
97 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
