Sigh. Oh well - that's what happens when you don't gym for a month, stress eat and really eat the biggest load of junk!! sweets and soft drinks and beer and chips and and and.........

BUT, am I discouraged? hell no! This is just more weight to conquer!
And conquer I shall!! 2 KG's in 2 weeks? Done!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

i am the same, get my mind into something, do really well, until a negative comment puts me off so badly! just have to get back on the horse and kick it up! YOU CAN DO THIS!
