Not bad....not good either........goona gym hard this week, and Friday is shark diving, and sat the warrior race down in Ballito!

as an aside - does anyone find that the calories on here are far far too much when looking at you RDI?
I checked another site, and for my age, height etc I should be on 1881 calories, not 2500?!
91.2 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
