Dammit!!!
Just one week of no gym and slightly bad eating!

Takes forever to work off and it;s back on in the blink of an eye!
91.2 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
