Well....... least I haven't gone up!
Starting religious fast today and getting fitter having done 3rd 10km this year, so let's see if the veggies are gonna make a difference now......
93.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
