I'm actually not too sure how much I weigh about 2 months ago it was around 56kg, but I feel like I've picked up more. I'm happy with my bum though 😭 losing weight in all the wrong places. I've decided to not lose a drastic amount, but I need to exercise more and tone up . However, that's the worst part. I'm trying squats every hour and work. But really need to get into the routine of working out in a daily basis. Any tips???
