This seems to be my most stalled weight number before and after my period. but not about to break, been so good eating so healthy that I don't even crave takeouts or salty snacks with the exception of popcorn, I don't really have a sweet tooth so sugar is not a problem for me because I don't consume it.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
