I tried it about a year ago and did nothing for me. Glass of lukewarm water, tablespoon ACV and some lemon juice or cinnamon (can’t remember - tasted terrible)

My mother used it for 2 months and she said it did nothing for her.  

some swear by it. I used it with honey,cayenne,cinnamon,grated ginger..pinterest recipe..did nothing for me..but I stopped eventually and I gained much quicker..so maybe it did help...lol..try it..these are all good for you..and doesnt taste bad together in hot water...take in morning on empty stomach 

Worked for me, swear by it.  

I drink a sip before I go to bed in the evening and then a sip when I wake up. I haven’t done it in a while, but I do believe it works for me. 

Thanks guys. Maybe I should give it a try. If I drink it in the morning on empty stomach, will it not mess with my IF? I eat in the evening and fast throughout the day and night at the moment. Soon will go back to Alternate day fasting, it works better for me than everyday fast. 

fisharn ACV will not break your fast.
