Tired today! 😴 Worked out this morning, but haven’t been hungry all day. Had cereal for dinner and I don’t think I’m eating enough
- my RDI is 2500 calories but I don’t even eat that much on a normal day-to-day basis?! I’m eating less than 1500 calories p/d now and burning around 500 when I exercise. Too much exercise or too little to eat or...?? Advice please 🙈😶 it’s definitely working though, have lost 1,5kg since Sunday.. Maybe too much too quickly?? Hellllllp 😣

If you going to exercise you need to fuel your body with food. You might loose water and not actually fat. If you not hungry try homemade soups and protein shakes. I have discovered the more I eat now compare to other years I have lost slowly but have lost a huge amount in centimeters and my body is firm, where I use to eat less and lost a lot more but my body was flabby still.

first things first take a deep breath, don't go into stress mode. first things first I think the calories they suggest you consume on this site are a bit excessively high so if you are eating anywhere between 1300 and 1500 calories a day you are on the right track so don't panic. Secondly how do you feel? are you light headed or nauseous from hunger with huge fluctuations in your blood sugar? if not then you are probably fine in terms of calorie intake. thirdly I was just examining your food intake and I see you substitute whey protein for breakfast, I would have a more substantial breakfast it is after all the most important meal of the day maybe swap that future life from the evening to the morning. unless you are doing night races the cereal is sort of lost on you in the evening because it's packed with energy to help you get up and go. maybe try someting like veg and protein for dinner? because you seem to be getting quiet abit of fruit which is good but you need to spice up those veggies as well especially the broccoli and cauliflower vibes and spinach is also extremely good. you're doing fine:)

Thank you both! That’s great advice 😊 I def need to increase my protein and veg intake! And the only reason I eat FutureLife at night is because I usually crave something sweet in the evenings and that’s the only thing that hits the spot haha 🙈 also I’m not a big evening eater so I prefer to have a bigger lunch and I often have cereal for supper :/ so yes; I must look into healthier alternatives for dinner. Thank you again! ✨😆✨
