Day 2 of diet and I woke up with my head feeling really heavy.. I am CRAVING a lekker coffee with sugar and milk but that is one if my worst enemies.. Are there any alternatives? That don't have alot of calories.. I'm not sure how I feel about almond milk and stevia😑

I still have my 1 mug of coffee every morning with milk and sugar. It is not so many calories.
