Weekend weight gain - it's a thing. Starting to go back down, I am SICK of the Yo-Yo! I did lift weights Sunday for the 1st time in 2 weeks, and today I am FEELING it, ouch! It's okay, I'll run intervals tonight & do more lifting tomorrow.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
