if u come to think of it I have moved from where I was from 99.6kg in august 2017 to 89.5kg its a whooping 10kg its a big milestones and I give myself a pat in the back well done to me I am proud of myself for.coming this far loosing weight is no childs play .Another 10kg to go yeeeeeehhh hoooòoooo.
