Haven’t been to gym in a week and my meal were not clean either. It’s school holiday and I’m looking after my kids (10 & 3)so no time for gym, and I’m always tired and irritable especially when I’m hungry. So I eat to stay calm. one more week to go. I can do better.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
