So I’m back again, I tried dieting since the beginning of this year and I must admit i didn’t give it my all. I’m going to do my best now to reach my goal and become a healthier me. I’ve never needed to diet, but after a rough few months the kgs where increasing and I started loosing confidence in myself. My knowledge on a better lifestyle is poor and that’s the reason I signed up on fs. I look forward to the results and I wish everyone a great journey ahead, may we all conquer! 💪
