its been an okay week for me. finished 2 boxes of crackers but burnt a good amount of calories on the treadmill as well. in total I did 18kms this week and I'm happy with that.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
