I only exercise sometimes. Some days I'll try to walk for 30 minutes, just to stay active. I do some weight training for my arms, but it's not a daily thing. I also try to do high interval training but it's difficult. I just do these things whenever i feel like i need it, if that makes any sense lol. I'm planning on joining a gym when i relocate. At the moment exercise is also too hard for me, so i do it in moderation and i don't push myself to the point of a mental breakdown😂.. Keto and IF has honestly saved my life. I've had many ups and downs while doing Keto and IF, but i highly recommended you to try it.
