This week was everything I never wanted...from cake to chicken licken, when I thought that was it, had some john dory's ribs....I just have in. I'm still shocked I didn't go up with 3kg. I want to start my week better, but I'm afraid of the going back to gym pain

I also struggle to keep to ym eating plan and workouts. It was suggested to me that I should give myself a message while I prep and eat meals and workout. I choose to tell myself that I am investing in my health because I am worthy. I find it works well to reframe why I am trying to make healthy changes. Hang in there💪
