A late entry but picked up .2 yesterday. I’m not phased by this as I know I’ve been eating good! Also I’m on a weight plan so I’m kind of putting this down to possible muscle gain. I’ll incorporate some cardio just to get the heart pumping and watch as the weight continues to fall this week!! Stay tuned I’ll share a couple of tips and tricks at the end of this week as to what I’ve done to drop weight 💪🏻
