Yesterday was the first off day in 3 weeks that my SO and I got to spend together. So drinks & Mc D's on Wednesday night and movie day with popcorn yesterday was not the best way to go into a first week of dieting. Also lowered my RDI on Wednesday; so logging my intake for that day made me feel so guilty.
New goal is to be more disciplined with myself as well as getting on the exercise bike at least 3x times a week for 1hr, more if I feel I can go on.
Now focusing on taking things one day at a time.
